10th July 2005 - Wubin And Wubin Rocks - Great Northern Highway

Wubin is located at the intersection of the Great Northern Highway and Mullewa / Wubin Road. This small town is the assembly site for road trains travelling to the north. A visit to the rest area, railway station, and museum will reward the traveller with a little of the history of Wubin. Wubin Rocks, where the turnoff is located approx 5k North of Wubin, is reached by following a dirt road for approx 1k. The camping area is small and secluded and the views are stunning. There are no facilities at this small camping area
