14th May 2005 - Geikie Gorge National Park -

Located North East of Fitzroy Crossing, Geikie Gorge is another place worth a visit on your travels along the Great Northern Highway. A boat trip along the gorge to see the different rock formations will satisfy the keenest of photographers. -

2nd June 2005 - Barn Hill Station- South Of Broome

30th May 2005 - Barn Hill Station lies approximately 205k North of Sandfire Roadhouse or 105k South Roebuck Plains Roadhouse. Look for the Tractor Tyre at the entrance on Western side of the Highway and turn down the sandy dirt track for about 10k. This working cattle station has excellent fishing, toilets, showers, water, gas, and a shop (fees apply). This is a basic campground with some powered sites. The “Bowling Green” is the venue for some challenging games of lawn bowls. -
