On the way from Wikipin and just 4k from Corrigin we came across the site of a “Dog Cemetery” that is well worth a look. The site has a small parking area on the edge of the road. Opposite the cemetery, is a track leading to wild flowers that may be worth a look in the springtime

Corrogin is a neat town that has won many tidy town awards and has a reasonably large shopping centre. Just 20k south east of Corrigin, is Gorge Rock Pool rest area that is level, has plenty of shade, tank water and the short walk to the pool is recommended. This site suitable for an overnight stay as it is well away from the highway
